"Fratelli la Bufala are looking for a passionate Bar Manager who can confidently deliver exceptional, service to guests. At the same time, our Bar Manager will have the mixology, cocktail and wine knowledge in order to deliver an outstanding product and guest experience, whilst leading the team during service.
You will have a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long term relationships with guests.
Ensure that the high standards are delivered at all times and in compliance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene requirements, whilst meeting customer expectations.
Tasks will include:
-Reporting to the management for the day to day operation of the bar
-Work as a member of the bar & waitressing team, to ensure smooth running
-Completing daily duties as per task list
-Welcome and acknowledge all customers according to company standards
-Ensure the guests are served according to the company standards
-Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
-Complete opening/closing duties in the bar and function rooms, with a view to managing closing down
-Monitor stock levels, ensure stock rotation
-Maintain cleanliness rules and rotas to prevent spoilage and food wastage; complete appropriate paperwork for wastage
-Promote a positive perception of the company at all times both internally and externally
-Previous experience of working as a Bar Manager in a similar environment.
-Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
