International law firm are looking for an Analyst Programmer / Developer to join its London office. Any experience of VB6, VBScript, JavaScript, XML and COM would be advantageous. Able to demonstrate a deep understanding of professional client services and care; Excellent organisational skills; Solid educational background either to degree level and/or MCP/MCSD certification would be advantageous; Minimum 12 months programming experience in a professional environment - legal sector would be advantageous; Sound theoretical background in software engineering particularly Object Orientated design; Excellent knowledge of VB.NET and ASP.NET on Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1/2.0; Solid programming experience of VBA and MS Office corporate implementations; Thorough knowledge of HTML and experience of IIS 5.0/6.0; Relational database experience of MS SQL Server 2000/2005; Sound practical knowledge of database stored procedures, views and triggers; Conversant with Document Management Systems - Interwoven WorkSite would be advantageous;
